The short version: check-in 16:00, checkout 10:00, be kind to the neighbors.
Check-in is from 16:00 (self check-in, so arrive any time after that). Checkout is by 10:00. Early check-in or luggage drop may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule — message us in advance and we'll do our best.
Self check-in. We send simple step-by-step instructions (with photos) before your arrival, so you can let yourself in whenever you arrive.
Yes — every bedroom and the living room has its own AC unit, so the house is comfortable in any season.
Yes, both are free to use. The dryer can take a while for a full load, so leave a little extra time.
There are 3 double beds, so the maximum is 6 guests. Honestly, 6 adults will feel a bit cozy — the house is most comfortable for families or groups that include children.
There are several paid coin parking lots 3–6 minutes away on foot.
Yes. Japanese law requires every guest to register their details (and a passport copy for non-residents). We'll send you a simple online form before check-in — it only takes a few minutes.

🚭 Strictly no smoking (including heated tobacco) — ¥20,000 penalty.

💔 Damaged or lost items are charged at ¥30,000 or actual cost, whichever is higher — just let us know right away if something happens.
